Senior role

Marketing Account Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25k-£35k per year

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our small but busy team. The role will include all aspects of account management for a variety of clients in different industries, including creating and delivering marketing plans, reporting on activity and liaising directly with our key clients to grow their business.

Good organisation and communication skills are essential, a creative, “can do” attitude that looks to always be on the front foot and exceed the expectations of our clients.

A good understanding of all aspects of digital marketing such as website marketing, SEO, EDM, CRM systems is preferable.

This role is client facing so good online and spoken communication skills are vital.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Marketing, Account Management or Business
Experience working in an agency environment

Other Info:

We are based in the vibrant seaside town of Leigh-On-Sea on the main Broadway. This role is office based so being able to commute is essential. Please note we do have off-street private parking. The candidate will be required to drive to client meetings so a driving licence is needed.

The role is 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday however we will consider part time candidates able to work 25+ hours a week. Flexible work hours and occasional working from home will also be considered.

Annual salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Development role

WordPress Developer

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25k-£30k per year

We are looking for a WordPress Developer to join our small but busy team. The role will include all aspects of WordPress website development for a variety of clients in different industries, including setting up new websites, optimising existing websites, fast problem solving and working within our creative team to help deliver websites in a tight time frame. We use Elementor as a front-end designer for our WordPress sites so the successful candidate will need experience in bespoke WordPress development.

Good organisation and communication skills are essential, a creative, “can do” attitude that looks to always be on the front foot and exceed the expectations of our clients.

A good understanding of all aspects of WordPress development such as SEO optimisation, custom themes, PHP databases and working with Elementor is preferable. Working within a smaller team means a keen design eye will be required to help the rest of the creative team when developing websites.

This role will see you working within our creative team, so good spoken communication and organisation skills are vital.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience developing WordPress-based websites
  • Experience in using Elementor
  • Experience in developing custom themes and plugins
  • Understanding of PHP and CSS
  • The desire to want to learn new technical skills within a nurturing company
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • First-class organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and manage time effectively.
